For a bonus review this weekend on a weekend full of new releases and our main review settled on Wes Anderson’s The Phoenician Scheme, we’ve got so many John Wick heads on our team that we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to review the franchise’s first spin-off Ballerina, or formally From the World of John Wick: Ballerina. The film is described as follows: an assassin trained in the traditions of the Ruska Roma organization sets out to seek revenge after her father’s death. Directed by Len Wiseman, the film stars Ana de Armas, Keanu Reeves, Gabriel Byrne, and Anjelica Huston.
