Eugene Rocco Utley is the Content Director for The Rolling Tape Podcast managing the schedule for the weekly show. He is an award-winning filmmaker currently based in South Carolina. He has had a passion for film production and writing since high school, and finds fascination within the ways film can be so unique and creative in its storytelling abilities. He is a graduate of Clemson University where he studied World Cinema and Media Studies. Since graduating, he has continued his passion for film through film study and different forms of video production. He continues to connect with more fellow film lovers and expand his knowledge of the medium.
