Ciara Whaley is an LA-based Costume Designer who believes strongly in the importance of embracing one’s individuality through personal style and wearing one’s differences with confidence. This mantra guided her to a vocation of styling and costume design and continues to inform her work in fashion and film. Her designs have been seen on HBO, IFC, Netflix, and Showtime, as well as in music videos for artists like Bianca Leonor, John Duff, Ezri, and John Legend. Most recently, she was the costume designer for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, now available everywhere on PVOD.
