The Academy has announced the first group of presenters that will appear on the March 12th live show. The list includes Oscar winners Riz Ahmed, Jennifer Connelly, Ariana DeBose, Troy Kotsur, and Questlove as well as Oscar nominees Glenn Close, Samuel L. Jackson, and Melissa McCarthy.
Also booked to announce this year’s awards are Michael B. Jordan and Jonathan Majors (current co-stars of Creed III), Emily Blunt, Dwayne Johnson, Janelle Monáe, and Zoe Saldaña joined by international stars Deepika Padukone and Donnie Yen.
In addition to these presenters, the Academy revealed executive producers and showrunners Glenn Weiss and Ricky Kirshner and executive producer Molly McNearney who will continue to announce talent until the ceremony in less than two weeks. This comes on the heels of Jimmy Kimmel being announced as the host in November.
The 95th Academy Awards will take place at the Dolby Theatre on March 12th, 2023, and will be televised live on ABC.
