Today the Gotham Film & Media Institute announced its nominations for the 34th annual Gotham Awards, giving us the first taste of the awards season to come. The Institute announced nominees in nine categories, highlighting the year’s best films and performances, with Sean Baker’s Anora leading the way with four nominations. 

The nominees are selected by an assortment of programmers, critics, and other film journalists and a separate jury of film industry players will determine the winners. 

The 2024 Gothams will be held on Monday, December 2nd at 7 pm EST.
